Stewing Hens

Our stewing hens are the awesome source of creating chicken stock bursting with flavor and goodness. They are our old laying hens so you don’t use them as a roasting Chicken. Instead fill your stock pot with water and add your own special herbs and vegetables simmer for hours. The stock will be robust with flavor and the chicken will fall apart and can be used for the perfect chicken soup.
