Beef is available by the ¼, ½, or wholes. All processing is done in a USDA plant and all cuts are vacuum packed. Our beef is cut in a variety of different ways; steaks, roasts, ribs, hot dogs, summer sausages, beef sticks and of course ground beef.

HOW IT WORKS

  • $100 Deposit per quarter
  • $3.90 per pound plus processing
  • Average processing per quarter is $100
  • Average weight per quarter is 160-180 lbs.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT TO PAY

  • So an average price per quarter with everything included is roughly $700-$750.
  • Half a beef would be double that: $1,400 – $1,500.
  • A whole steer would be four times: $2,800 – $3,000.
